I now realize that I became addicted to these vlogs, keep going Mads!! Also I have recently visited CPH and its the coolest city by far in EU, people and the culture... would love to get back there
I prefer the Whoop band over my Apple Watch because it doesn’t have a screen, which means there are no distractions from constantly checking numbers. That being said, if you’re someone who tends to get overly influenced by data, it might not be the best fit for you. However, I love how well it tracks key metrics like sleep, HRV, strain, and recovery-overall, I think it does a far better job than my Apple Watch in these areas.
