Good question it really depends on the dog. We got very lucky with our dogs, they are chill for the most part but 20-30 minutes a day is the sweet spot for them. Walks, playing at the park tug of war for a while, those all seem to do the trick. There are some Malinois that need much more though so I just depends on your dog.

I'm from the UK it is the most Toxic Company...I have ever been a part of. I was involved for 2 years and reached platinum 1000 by lying to people and selling them the American dream. I didn't trade...But lied to people that i did. I went to the conventions... It's all motivational shit....A cult. Idol worship of the CEO.🙄 As soon as i left i got threatened by my own upline and chairman 25 and i had to call the police. They treat you like trash once u leave. I cud go on forever. I’m so sorry that was your experience. I wish I could tell you mine was different! It really is cult like and they make you feel like the worst person in the world when you talk about leaving the company. I’m glad you found your way out & I hope you could relate to my story!
