Finally traveling to Toronto next month. Actually my first time ever leaving my country. Your videos made me decide to make canada my first international visit
Wow! Thanks so much for sharing that 🥰 we're so happy you'll get to try all the stunning food Toronto has in store for you 💚 If you wanna meet up DM us on IG (@theviralvegan_) it'd be so cool to see you irl 😁
This video is well done and cute, but being into whole food plant-based food (and certified organic whenever possible), I can't tell if any of these places are somewhere I'd want to eat. Mavericks is closed, but I couldn't tell from any remaining media what those Burgers are made from (what were they hiding?). At least I could find out on the Bloomers website they try to use all organic and non-GMO ingredients (though I'd still want to find an ingredient list of what's in everything either online or when I get there). On the Tsuchi website I found out their "egg" just is Just Egg (ultra-processed vegan crap), and the Burger used is the Impossible Burger (nobody should be eating these things...why?...google - Impossible burger not safe to eat study, and look for the article on the GM Watch website) so the only thing I'd want to do their is try and educate them as to why they should stop serving those things and replace them with healthier options that are actual real food. I find most vegans I know will eat any ultra-processed food-like substance if it tastes yummy, and I get that. However, I find it depressing they're mostly not eating actual food (I thought vegetarians and vegans were supposed to eat vegetables...what a wacky concept), and what they are eating could be bad for their health and that doesn't come into the picture for them. Maybe that's why colon cancer rates are so high in young adults (and getting higher), because people are no longer eating real food (whether vegans or not). The book Ultra-Processed People: The Science Behind Food that Isn't Food by Chris van Tulleken sealed the deal for me to try and avoid this stuff wherever possible. Just sayin'... ❤☮🌎
So many ways to enjoy plants, I’m amazed everyday by what the community creates.😊Now I have to create the broccoli dipping sauce you mentioned. We need a Sushi Momo in Austin, TX, we have a Nori Sushi but Momo is next level I bet 😋☺️
Right?!? We love finding new vegan spots that push the limits of plant-based experiences. Also yesyesyes that's sauce 🔥🔥🔥🥵. We've never been to Austin TX, do they have good vegan options? If you wanna see Toronto's eats we have a whole series (drool warning 🤤⚠️)
@@TheViralVegan Yes, I’ve been watching your playlist and drooling 🤤. Several options in this hotness such as: Counter Culture Food Truck ( used to be in a brick and mortar place,) Community Vegan, and Bistro Vonish 😃
@@TheViralVegan whay i like to do with cucumba, i slice them, put them in water with lemon in water over night in a tank, the next day you have and infusion, because of infusion process you havr your vitamin for 7 day, and trust me this tast amazingly fresh, you can cut the skin of the cucumba if you want it to taste more like lemon, but remember that most vitamin are in skin, cause the skin is what protect vegi and fruit, this is why most of the time it's builded stronger than the inside, but the cucumba skin is bitter, but if you like the taste it's a win win
🥰🥰🥰 thank you so much we love making it accessable no matter who you are. Definitely give being vegan a shot if you're up for a try new recipes and restaurants. The animals, planet and you health with thank you 😆🤘🏼
@@Mihate bro, if she says "this is a vegan recipe" followed by "add yogurt," the logical conclusion one would come to is "she is using vegan yogurt." There is no need for her to make a redundant statement when using your brain for 0.2 seconds gives you the answer you're looking for.
@@manuelita467 you do realize vegetables has complementary vitamins and minerals to absorb nutrients right? And a whole food plant based diet has way more micro nutrients than steak
@@TheViralVegan just so you know every time you post a video I eat another steak just because of it. So your videos are contributing to that just so you know.
@MrRF007 (Not a vegan) but ayo this is literally so lame lmao. Why do you care so much about what other people decide not to eat. Don't be a dick just because you have a different view
the best Vietnamese is the new Pho Noc Yen 11 on queensway. it doesn't boat Vegan. but the best with home make faux meats . and more meat then rice. trust me you see the vegetarian section it looks basic. it is NOT. it's Vegan and really satisfying. i cant finish it ever its so big. im not even Vegan and love all the items so far.
