Welcome to my channel! My name is Josh and I just started fishing in 2023 at age 33. Had no idea I loved fishing so much.. but I'm making up for lost time as fast as I can. When choosing a boat to get me off the shore, I was looking at a bass boat. Then found someone standing up and fishing in their specialty fishing kayak... standing in a kayak??? So that's the route I went. As of right now, I spend most of my time watching kayak bass fishing tournaments when I'm not fishing or making videos. So odds are I'll be competing very soon. That lunker hunt frog with the rubber legs is no joke! I've thrown a lot of frogs, some of my biggest fish have been off that frog. Especially the green bullfrog color, white, black.
@@NWTrailSeries I've had them years so I can't remember what they're called but one of them is solid foam that has a weighted hook (obviously that one can't fill up with water) the other is a thin hollow latex body that has a twin hook that comes up around it's rear end on both sides and I guess the latex seems to hug the hooks where they ass through the body well enough that no water gets in... I've had a bunch just like the current latex ones... Idk if it's just Good luck or what but they've always worked well for me and get hit HARD by bass especially right before sundown

My dad was a game warden for 28 years. It was his passion in life because every law he enforced was for the preservation of nature. They aren't out there to ruin people's lives, but to educate them and protect the fish and game. If you're not doing anything maliciously, you will rarely ever have anything to worry about from the warden service. Love those guys.
I wasn't worried when I heard him on the intercom. I figured I forgot to hang up my fishing pass in the window or something.. then he said the lake was closed, which really made it clear why I was the only one on the lake that day 😀
Lol my god Where at?? I almost went out this morning before a wee lil storm rolled in, wanted to experience it again! I haven't seen any striper around my area yet. But I've heard almost anything can be found in the Columbia river. I'm gonna have to adventure down there and try it out soon.

Another unlawful act a hunting and fishing license is a tax on peoples right to eat the government taxes you to live and you the people are too stupid to see it so you get what you deserve and it's only going to get worse because you continue to allow it😂
Just as much a drain on the system and wast of our tax dollaes as actual cops there for mothing but controlling the way you live because we are all slaves to them and their corporate overlords
