I was hooked on his show when he first started here in Calgary and is one of my favourite chefs, I still have his first cookbook I received for Christmas this was over 40 years back

Martin Yan needs a show like Anthony Bourdain had. Just traveling around and eating great food. He is so entertaining, just as he was 30 years ago when I used to watch Yan Can Cook.
