The government will only release what they want to when they want to , I’ve tried to get files which I knew would never be released, maybe in a few hundred years this information will become available
I was hooked on his show when he first started here in Calgary and is one of my favourite chefs, I still have his first cookbook I received for Christmas this was over 40 years back
So agree with you, Dr. Hu! For a charity to be successful, it'd better be profitable. What an achievement to grow the programs to be vendors to the government! It's making the charity more sustainable and scalable.

Martin Yan needs a show like Anthony Bourdain had. Just traveling around and eating great food. He is so entertaining, just as he was 30 years ago when I used to watch Yan Can Cook.
