I have a question as I’m new to Sahaja Yoga Meditation, should the self-realization be done multiple times or just once and then every other time you just meditate?
You can do it once and then just meditate as the previous response says. Or you can go over the Self-Realization steps a few more times during the first week as it helps to strengthen and awaken more threads of our Kundalini Energy. In the last step when you place a hand on the top of the head, you can say, "Mother, please strengthen my Self-Realization. Make me complete in my Self-Realization."✨
