I am NOT a certified mechanic nor an expert on anything... but somehow, I always find myself diving into new projects. You can call me thrifty, cheap, or even stupid, but over the years I have not had the money to pay people to do repairs or installations, so I have had to learn how to do these things on my own. Once you start you can't stop! You gain a little confidence & you find your self attempting more difficult challenges! On this channel I share my How To & DIY experiences in the hopes that my projects may help someone out, save a little money or inspire someone to tackle a project they may not have thought they could do. On occasion, I also throw in a video or two about my camping, boating and outdoor trips. There are many different ways to tackle the same repair or project, so ALWAYS do your own research, I am simply sharing my own experience and what worked for me, all out comes will vary. Just remember... if I can do it... anyone can!
Sir, you were absolutely correct. Had almost the identical problem, was about to buy another converter and then watched your video. my layout is a bit different but when I found the reset button and pushed it, all my problems vanished. many many many thanks.
I always add anti-seize either on the back of the inside of the rotor or on the Hub to keep the rotor from sticking in the future. also, did you use brake cleaner to clean off the rotor?
Good evening, it is rare in life that one is lucky enough to find people like you. You cannot imagine the great help you have given me with this video. I solved my problem with a click. Thank you so much. Unfortunately, Campingworld does not help or serve any purpose. It is the worst. Once again, thank you so much for your gesture of sharing to help. God bless you.
My 2015 had the same codes one for each sensor ... i changed them both in about 15 min.. no biggie but it didn't fix the issue ... i found the problem and it was the one wire was broke ..
Great video. Do you have any videos on how to clean the fuel lines. I just emptied the fuel tank and want to make sure everything is clean. The previous owner said the fuel that was in it was old but he treated it with stabilizer and gas treatment. It started right up at the docks and idled fine and then I drove it for about 1/2 mile and shut it off. Was not able to re-start it after that.
I noticed that you used 1/2-In x 3/4-In x 30-Foot Butyl Sealing Tape and that it is not black like the frame. Two questions, if you were to do it again would you use Black and would you go with the smaller size 1/8-In x 3/4-In x 30-Foot (1/8th-in instead of 1/2-in) Butyl Sealing Tape? Thanks for the video!
In my Class A RV, there is an AUX Switch on the dash that kills the DC to the whole RV. This switch operates a high-amperage relay which will run your battery down on it's own if left on unsupervised or without the solar charging that I installed.
When you jump the starter, use a power probe. The tool is expensive but very helpful and is fused. It it arks, it will pop the fuse. Just reset. No burns and safe.
17:39 Oh man for amount of money the stuff costs, i would have expected better fit. The big pieces left and right in relation to the center hatch would drive me nuts……thanks for sharing and your hard work to produce content!
