I really enjoy your videos especially the Greyhound videos. Being a former driver from 1982-1986 .Watching your videos bring back pleasant memories of the extra board in L.A.
Does Greyhound still run this school? How long does it last? Just one week? Do you have to go to work for them the following week? I'm an experienced charter bus driver and have been curious about going on board with them as a driver.
This video was posted 5 years ago. The newest comment was one year ago. Curious on if he is still employed with Greyhound? Theres been many changes in the last few years with the company.
Man this brings back memories. I was a mechanic at this shop back in the late 80s during the big teamsters union driver’s strike. What’s now the bus terminal use to be where we did body work, paint, and complete interior refurbishment 💪🏾👍🏾
SoF to Waive Back Reg and Penalties, 0-60 VW, Greyhound Bus Driver, Flying Frickn Airplanes in Hawaii....here I am still trying to find my "Big Girl Panties" so I can get my butt to the DMV with my SoF, lol. There's nothing with an engine that you can't handle.
@@TheOtakuphillSo true....some just walk faster but that's ok too just as long as we keep moving forward. Ty for allowing us to be a part of your amazing journey and reminding us anything is possible!!

Phillip - you were a HUGE inspiration before I started flying FedEx Caravans 2 years ago - as I started my transition to "Career 2.0". Been fun to watch your career progress. I too have moved on - now flying Citations for a boutique 135 operator. I've also made/am making some videos specifically targeted for those looking to do "Career 2.0" like me. Not sure how you feel about cross-promotion?
i don't like someone sitting for 20 minutes talking about airplanes but never shows a plane or anything visual related to a cargo plane. this is rumbling
@@wn3408 The title tells you it will be a video about “ cargo airline schedule “ why would you expect to see a plane and not a video describing his schedule ????
Off you only watched a second or the entire video I appreciate the watch. RU-vid isn’t my main thing but I thought about making more videos with more graphics. Thanks for the feedback.
Knowing more than one language IS ANOTHER SKILL!!! Learning another language is and can be a powerful skill, especially in customer service. It shows respect for the client's culture and makes communication smoother, which can build trust and enhance the overall experience. Understanding even basic phrases in a client's language can bridge gaps and demonstrate a commitment to meeting their needs. In international business, this is particularly crucial, as language barriers can often lead to misunderstandings or missed opportunities. Whether it's a common language like Chinese or Klingon, the effort to learn and understand speaks volumes about a business's dedication to its customers.
I've been following you since flying PC-12 's. I'm wondering if there's a market for independent PC-12 pilots to make good money. I'm older and am not interested in the airlines. Thanks, Great video.
I’m a 54 year old retired firefighter with a PPL and a little over 100 hours. I’m going to a school in a couple weeks to get the rest of my ratings. I’ve watched tons of videos to prepare myself for a career 2.0 and didn’t get as much useful career information as I just did in this short video. Thank you so much for not getting greedy. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Thanks for the info dump in these past few vids! Question I have is what website(s) would you recommend for looking up low time/new commercial pilot positions and their application requirements? I'm wrapping up IFR and I don't see myself being an effective CFI.
I see myself the same way you do. I went through an accelerated program and teaching might not be for me even though I have no issue with it. I am honestly considering doing a pay-for-hours program to get my hours much faster with real-world flying. Yes, it's another loan but I value my time and in this industry getting in as fast as possible with real skills is valuable in the long run.
@@Jason.Jacobsen I started right seat at low cost 135. That’s gonna be your Southern, cape air, advance air, plane sense, boutique air, etc. check your local area too
Would you talk more about WifiCFI? I haven't started training yet, and I heard about them from one of your other videos. I tried to figure out which one it was, but I didn't find it.
WifiCFI is an amazing tool for both a student and a current CFI. Every resource you need to learn to teach with lesson slides, plans and even endorsement that you can print and put in your student log books is all included. There is a lifetime admission fee of only $299. I believe honestly that it is valued a way more than that for what you get for life of the program. Everything stays up to date for you without you having to add anything. All the things on the program you can download and alter to your liking for teaching and learning.
Thanks for the video. Two questions. 1. Is your cargo flying schedule mixed similar to passenger pilots, or is it more routine/sleep friendly? 2. Any recommendations for paying for flight school via grant or scholarship if credit doesn't allow for a non-cosigner loan?
Aloha, I'm working on my PPL and planning on getting my ATP in the future. What are your thoughts on flight sims, are they helpful for flying in real life?
I read the title and thought you were a student building hours with your new licence. I wasn’t expecting you to be such a decorated pilot. Great video.
