Why does that look like a miniature version of a little league baseball field? There's no way that mound is 43 ft from home plate... Assuming these women are ~5'6 I'm gunna say that's 20 ft at best...
Pepper as a game is played with one batter and how many defenders as you want. The batter is trying to do a swinging bunt and get the ball on the ground because of a defender catches the ball on the fly they become the hitter. Everyone is standing pretty close to the batter so they can’t swing and the fielders aren’t throwing hard, like backhand throws . I think the defenders don’t wear gloves but not sure
Im not sure if your running a drill but one thing i noticed is your follow through, you seem to be stopping early. Swiging through the ball should give you more power.
This is a VERY underrated drill. This should be done with EVERY little leaguer especially. Those inside fastballs especially, they just tend to shy away from them and they usually don’t swing, when this can teach them HOW to turn on it and drive it. I mean you get that barrel around on a fastball inside and the exit velo is definitely gonna be up there!
