Super late but for any future listeners the title of the sing is a play on words, a double meaning. "El pato nada" can mean "The duck swims" or "The duck nothing" (i.e. the duck has nothing) The fictional main character of the song was at one point presumably rich, but its implied he's fallen on hard times.
