Weather that day was terrible especially the wind and the direction in which it was coming from. I recall thinking to myself that if someone caught a fire they'd have their hands full. Then I learned of this tragedy. 😔
I was in charge of tower ladder 22…. That was an all nighter job came in around shift change, was relieved the next morning on the fireground got cleaned up and was back by 11am since i was working a double. There was a few separate fires due to flying embers landing on residential roofs blocks away
I will always thumbs down any adult video with the comments turned off. You that thin skinned about someone's comments you need to either grow aome or GTFO of videoing stuff
I was part time FF and are union FF tried to make use look bad by slowing down response and police gave us speeding ticket going to fires so they could get better pension and residency lifted I don't cry for FF death anymore
Okay not a firefighter here so have a question after watching just about 10 minutes of video I see one hose on the fire and a bunch of hoses scattered out in the street in a pile what is that all about just curious. Thank you all for the courageous jobs that you men and women do everyday for your citizens you are greatly appreciated and God bless you all!
I’m a former fire explorer we had a large structure fire that had 6 alarms and crews were there for almost 5 days putting water on hot spots. We had a tower coming in from mutual aid and a police officer tried to move a charged LDH alone to make more room for the tower to come in and position. The officer ended up face planting the concrete before being helped by a few civilians, firefighters, and a couple other law enforcement officers. I told the cop thanks for trying to help but let the men handle it lol
