Starts around $800k. Depends on the lot you select and the house plan, and upgrades. Probably about $1mm nicely finished. I don’t believe they have natural gas. I’ll confirm. Usually in these larger acreage communities, you can have your own LPG (propane gas) tank buried to supply for gas stove cooking. I need to confirm the phases, but pretty sure they’re in the last phase. About 10 lots left. Several are one acre. A handful are quite a bit larger. yeah but these homes are on acreage and are NOT "hr dorton" type build quality. 😉 texas in general will have higher property taxes because there is no state income tax. 1.7% or anywhere near that rate is considered very good. in houston for example if you move to any new master planned community where the homes are jammed up next to each other, you will be paying 3% property tax.. well actually over 3.5% in many communities 💀 it is what it is 🤷🏿♂ what will help everyone though is for the mortgage rates to come down to ~ 3% , the 7% stuff will keep a lot of ppl out the market
Yeah, good point. Would be super easy for the builder to add a switch that allows for speed adjustment. Some buyers do like to select their cabinet hardware, but I completely understand your point. Thanks for the feedback.
The Grayson Floorplan is for sale in a few different locations. There is one in Rough Hollow asking $1.165mm, and the model home itself is for sale…. I’ll confirm the latest price today. You can also get that same house in Liberty Hill for $1.1mm as a quick delivery. And it can be built in a handful of other locations at different prices. Strangest master bath I’ve ever seen. I like to talk to my spouse when I’m getting ready before work. Why do I need privacy from my spouse? I don’t get it.
I so dislike all these house plans that have you come thru the front door right into a "tunnel" entry that leads you to the back into a kitchen area with a living area. What I see are builders scrunching up homes so they can put them on tiny lots. Their idea of open & airy is not mine, especially since I love to cook & my kitchen area is well used all the time & looks like it!
