As a gym enthusiast, I'm all about peanut butter. It's my protein-packed go-to for energy. However finding one without harmful additives was a challenge until I tried @AlpinoHealthFoods Alpino Peanut Butter. It's all-natural-no preservatives or added sugars, just pure goodness. Perfect on bread for a low-calorie treat. Gym lovers and everyone else, this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat!

Dr. Backes was my surgeon for rotator cuff surgery (on both shoulders a few months apart). Dr. Backes not only is a great surgeon but a delightful human being. He is very caring and compassionate plus he listens to his patients. I was very scared at first but Dr. Backes explained everything and answered all my questions. Both surgeries went well. It’s so cool, at follow-up appointment, when he showed me video of the surgery. Physical therapy takes a few months but worth it! I have full mobility in both shoulders again and I’m pain free! Hooray 🎉. Dr. Backes gave me my life back!!! I’m forever grateful for him and his expertise and especially for his empathetic bedside manner! He gets it. He’s been there! My only regret is putting up with the godawful pain for so long before I finally went to see him.

My cervical facets fused themselves. I went through a windshield when I was 17 years old, and I'm pretty sure that was the catalyst. I get pretty bad pain whilst standing, which was interesting because I was a surgical nurse in Cardiothoracic surgery. I am hoping RFA is in my future. I'm active, I walk 5 miles a day, which helps me. Sitting, standing and any work that requires looking up or down is difficult. Holding retractors was excruciating. I am now early retired because my neck can't hold up for hours at a time. Plus I have occasional drop days 😬🤦‍♀️, now that is annoying.

Both of my legs are weak due to fibromyalgia and I just have balance issues. How should I use the cane for balance problems?
@cr8zgamer
@cr8zgamer 4 месяца назад
I use the cane because not only for weight bearing but my right leg is a bit shorter than my left so I walk with a limp. Never had issues before but since covid lockdown my hips and knees specifically my left side hurts when I walk. Still hurts but not as much. Hopefully this will help me lose the weight when I go for my walks

I'm taking this program currently through Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus to address my issues with balance. This is the best and clearest video I've been able to find illustrating the moves of the complete program. Orthopedic One is a marvelous practice which has helped with my knee issues (total knee replacement) and back issues.

Sorry, this sounds illogical to me. If my right leg is weak I think cane should be on that side to compensate for the loss of functionality. Why have a cane on the good side? As for going up the stairs (without cane) using the banister, I go up with good leg first, then I bring up the weak leg, all the way to the top. On the way down, I turn my back facing the stairs, and go down with the weak leg first, following with good leg. If I don't do this, my "trick" knee in my weak leg will collapse and I'll fall.

Omg thank you so much for this video! Total lifesaver. Just started using a cane today for weight bearing support on my foot after having a lapiplasty 11 days ago. I was using the cane all wrong! Thank goodness for this awesome video, it's a world of difference using it on the opposite side!

😢I had this done...and it was torture. Your video was very helpful, I have to have hand surgery. I refused to have other hand done. Seriously, if you perform other manual tests and can witness problems with tingling, weakness and history, why would a physician crank up the frequency to where a patient involuntarily flinges due to agony? The physician kinda smiles as the meter is increases😮, egads...my hand hurt for 24 hours. No way would I go through this again...
