If you're into Honda content from the golden era, from street cars, drag racing, time attack and show cars then you've came to the right channel!! I’ve always had a soft spot 90s Hondas and the Japanese Car Culture. If looks good, sounds amazing I want to know everything about it. Along this journey I'll give you guys coverage to watch from car events, car shows, car and coffee meets in Southern California . Also I will be doing features of friends amazing builds and from complete strangers with the same taste in cars. I want to show you guys the process of me rebuilding my first car; that after 10 + is years finally coming back reality. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in watching or checking out from time to time do yourself a small favor and hit that subscription and notification button above.
God bless you both awesome video and thinking you should keep integra for your wife and you still have that eg civic so you both can roll together it just a thought
I didn’t trade they were given to me from Maxpeeding to do a review on them.. i mean if you were given a set of coilovers for free would you turn down the offer when all you have to do is a install and review on them?!
I’m kinda open to it I mean its different I guess and they do make 180 hp if I’m correct but it doesn’t have vtec !!! So I guess it’s like the d series of todays Honda engines idk it’s pretty cool though
It’s good to see that the shop car is getting some recognition I personally think the swap would be a blast in any of the 90s Hondas because it’s 200 hp 200 tq and you can build a whole car for a reasonable price and have LSD
IM ALL FOR IT. I love the B and K series but innovation needs to advance for the hobby to carry on. This will also aid in keeping the cost down. If we are honest, the cost for B and K swaps/parts is driving enthusiast out of the game. Hopefully companies start supporting these newer engines.
@@jdmda1000 Im sorry I’m confused about the EV comment and mines. My personal opinion on EVs is they are cool for the first week you have them. Instant torque is cool but they get boring pretty fast. I have had Model X, Y and the 3. My friend, a Model 3 performance and same thing… cool the first week or two and then it just leaves you hanging. I think Honda is riding the EV ride because of regulations and just doing what they do… trying new things and not because of what they want to focus on. Honda has been making EVs since 1988, and no one has a clue about it. They are always trying new things, for example, the Prelude Si 1988, had four wheel steering, now seen on high end cars. I believe any gas motor swap that people continue to do will show Honda the interest is in gas and not electric… maybe hybrid at best. If people continue tu support the gas platform, gas will stay alive. Performance companies will support these builds and the hobby will stay alive. Thats why supporting local tracks and events are so important, especially racing. But watching everything through RU-vid will let corporations win and dictate what they believe the consumer wants. Thats why if people give in, then, bye bye gas engines. L15s are not B or K swaps, yes true. They fail after adding HP, yes true. But these are coming in with plenty of power from factory. A 2000 Civic CX had 105+- HP/Torque and we swapped, turbo or did anything possible to increase power. This generations needs to stop complaining 😂. Performance shops will make the parts needed to support the extra gains as long as they are around, not Honda. WE have the power to dictate the future of vehicles with our money. But it takes action. Look around, tracks are closing down, performance shops too. The internet has everyone glued and complaining from behind a screen instead of actually working on their cars and enjoying them. Buying these expensive, stale new cars is also not helping but thats another topic. With all this said, don’t support bad products from car manufactures, support the good ones and support local track/ racing and club events.
@Flamenco_EM1 I agree 100 pecent on what you said. This is what I'm talking about. I've been in the honda game since 1994 mostly drag racing since I've been racing we have lost Los Angeles raceway Palmdale Pomona raceway Terminal Island and California Speedway Fontana. I also heard Sacramento is also gone and the one that was in Colorado these are all quarter mile tracks I don't know if this is just a Coincidence or something else. But Cali has one quarter mile track left and that's Bakersfield. I'll run eight mile but I'm not really fond of them. But what I'm really saying is that I'm a old school honda guy so me building a old school honda and having California making me buy something I'm not interested in is no good. I will always be a honda guy but as Enthusiast I feel we are being forced to buy something else meaning EV no matter what brand it is I like hearing my motor and feeling my progress as a builder and driver.
Those some damn ek side skirts, I should know I have em on my sedan, you get whatever your car is ek coupe skirts for eg coupe, ek sedan for eg sedan, ek hatch for eg hatch. No cutting necessary. Em1 doesn’t have anything different besides b series and rear disks. Besides minor things no difference
