Nice job man, I can tell you're new to the game or returning. Just a tip, try not to empty dodge when you're out of stam, it can leave you open to some of the most powerful punishes or to get caught by side attacks kinda like how that LB was doing to you.
The sad part about this is that their opponent was running a Yuma deck. They could've played Astral Kuri and challenged them to see who drew Exodia first
It s one of those cards which is actually no problem. Nonsense like this just works when you have a game which was made from the start since 2002 as a best of 3. not just one game… Most people play nibiru, droplet or dark ruler they simple not prepaired for such a card. kaiju just gets ride of ONE card most people have a full board of negates
If one doesn't have Kaiju, Sphere Mode or other cards that tributes, always have a few cards that can be summoned to the opponents side or go around the unaffected by cards effects like Creature Swap since you aren't affecting anything but letting your opponent choose the only monster they'd have.
@@tatsuyashiba5911 I feel like piercing is more commonly played than creature swap. Although the issue with piercing monsters is crooked cook decks often run kaijus to counter them. So you either need a piercing OTK or multiple piercing monsters to use after your first one gets outed.
this is why i pack kaiju and relinquished anima in my skull servants lol but yeah this was cool i saw alot of this when he was being given out during an event.. ALOOOOOT of cooks came out during that event..
i know but kaiju cause lazy, dont have time to make boards to climb into goddess :/ but its fun pulling cook out at locals cause its just i play this, take your time, imma go grab a drink, let me know when youre passing turn *leave* lol
@@bossmendez8923 I didn't mean it in a UR/SR budget sense, I meant it in deck space, not every deck can run 3 copies of a monster that ends up in your opponent's field. I am not saying that Kaijus are bad, but not every deck has meta level of consistency/starters to run them
Yeah so that’s why I waited to Kaiju otherwise my cook would have been vulnerable, because he’s immune to effects as long as he’s the only card on field and right hand shark makes him immune to battle, the only way to beat him is to tribute, kaiju, or pierce damage over him, I love it lol
So earlier I used Cybernetic horizon to send Cyber End Dragon to grave, then when i had Chimera on the field with Cyberdark Dragon I used Power Bond, and Chimera when on the field lets me fuse using my grave
@@Cranez0 play the Stromberg variant. You can essentially play every floodgate you want to throw in aside from Gozen Match. Golden Castle of Stromberg is a field spell that special summons a decent monster from deck or hand that pops a card once per turn and gets a 2nd attack on monsters plus it gives an attack boost to any monster when it destroys by battle. Stromberg also has the maintenance cost of banishing 10 cards face down during your standby phase and destroys any attacking monster you can technically use a monster called Glife to search it from hand, but I normally don't run it. The banish effect powers up Eater of Millions and Gren Maju along with Necroface
@@Bigparr43 It's worth adding that stromberg is also pretty good in the rank-8 varient since hexe is an 8. Although then a lot of the effects you mentioned don't come up as much since you xyz off Hexe before the BP and you often either OTK or out your own Stromberg with Zeus.
@@IamGrimalkin it rarely comes up but I keep 3 Cipher Dragons to rank into each other along with Dingirsu to go into Pain Gainer to go into a 4 material Zeus using Hexe Trude and Orochi. You're right, it doesn't come up often, but I have made Zeus out of Bigfoot/thunderbird/Trude and Orochi
@@Bigparr43 ...If you're playing bigfoot and thunderbird as well, you may as well play the full rank-8 varient. Cut stuff like necroface and soul absorption for 8s like alpha and interrupted kaiju slumber. That'll let you make rank-8s much more consistently.
