Yes but because they’re engaging with Gaza, and the “state”of Palestine, which has arguably signed. Therefore these human rights atrocities are being committed in a state which is a territory to the ICC. That’s why it’s a crime scene. And that’s why the ICC is investigating this.
@@hahmad2512 That's very true, however because of Palestines lack of "legitimacy" in the UN and the position they hold within Gaza (that of de facto leaders and not technically legitimate leaders) I'd say that Hamas wouldn't be bound by the Geneva convention even if investigated. Though they should still be tried under any and all laws regarding their sick actions

Putin is not going to accept defeat, and if Russia is winning the war, NATO is not going to join. This means that Ukraine will lose in either case. Vivek's diplomatic plan is the best solution, as it would allow Russia to save face while giving Ukraine its sovereignty and ensuring peace for the global economy.

I’m just curious if you watched the UN security council meeting today. I think that Sergei Lavrov who in great detail laid out a lot of what you have previously mentioned in all of your fact based talks about the history of Ukraine situation and what led up to this. It seems to have fallen completely on deaf ears as everyone just continued as if they didn’t hear a word he said. Even the title of it was biased. I would love for you to speak on this. Thank you for continuing to tirelessly educate the world with facts. I have been referred people to you in the comment section and youtube keeps deleting them. Hmmmm…
