random_state is a parameter in train_test_split that controls the random number generator used to shuffle the data before splitting it. In other words, it ensures that the same randomization is used each time you run the code, resulting in the same splits of the data

In multioutput classification, your output may belong to multiple class at a time. For example : Lets say you have a picture and you have classes like Table, chair, men etc. Here , picture will get label 1 for Table, chair , Men etc. In short , it can belong to multiple classes at a time
Kindly review the total values of A, because if I am not wrong as per the definition and the picture of the confusion matrix, the total actual values are equal to the sum of column values i.e. actual A values are 53272+1077 instead of 53272+1307.
