Five cousins make up Na Leanai Sands, Na Leanai being Irish for "the children". Eimear, Fra , Moya, Ryanne and Sorcha are children of County Down's most famous musical family, The Sands. Having spent their collective childhoods following their parents on the circuit Na Leanai are proof of the saying 'The apple never falls far from the tree'. The group perform some of the traditional Irish songs and tunes they learned as children from their famous parents and from renowned musicians they've met in their own kitchens or back stage at some of the world's most prestigious theaters and concert halls. Recently Na Leanai have played some of the countries most prestigious festivals and music venues including Fiddlers Green Festival, The Erigle and The Spirit Store. Their debut album Kindred Roots was released in the Summer of 2015 and a second 'Branching Out' was released in July 2017. For more information see www.naleanaimusic.com.

In Brisbane Australia trying to work out the lyrics of your beautiful song. Hoping someone here can sing it at some sessions. Come all ye .. to the shore with me, Come an’ sail my ships on the .. sea, .. life of mystery, Say goodbye to the boys you used to be. Chorus: Heave ho it’s off we go x3 We’ll follow Grace O’Malley Say farewell to the land ye love so well, And the girl with secrets yet to tell, Leave her with ribbons for her curly hair, And a bonnie baby that she’ll have to bare. Chorus Heave ho it’s off we go x3 We’ll follow Grace O’Malley Oh Grainne Mhaol the secret of Ireland, Brave and bold at ev’ry hand, You fight for freedom, you fight for your clan, You fight to keep your only piece of land. Chorus Heave ho it’s off we go x3 We’ll follow Grace O’Malley Instrumental Verse 1
