Yes, all settings will vary on location and time of day. There are no “common” settings. Best solution is to use the “exposure triangle”. It works every time. With or without flash.
Hey Rex, great video. I followed the link you posted for the acrylic picture frame clear. The link is showing a much thicker frame than the video. Is there another link?
Thanks for the video , can you give me a link to buy media for the DS40 in the states ? I have 2 printers , and they have discontinued media in Australia... would be much appreciated. Thanks
I ran into an issue today where Ive setup for a gig. Did all the connection, took a few photos everything was fine. Suddenly after taking the 10th photo, the photo isnt showing up on the Ipad. Screen is black When I looked into the SD card, the photo was captured. Why isnt the picture showing up on the Ipad? Anyone ran into anything like that?
@@Rexsphotoboothreviews thank you for the replay. Storage is fine as I delete all photos on my Ipad soon after. Managed to fix the issue by restarting the Ipad & changing lens around
Do you set up a cocktail table right behind the booth for this method, because the wires are on the shorter side? It's easier on a table, but at a real event how would you set wired up? Thanks Rex!
@@Rexsphotoboothreviews when using windows wired printing through your second hack, can I use WIFI at the same time for SMS sharing? Sometimes SMS sharing will work, but the connection is not strong enough for the printing.
Hey Rex! Thanks so much, this is exactly what I've been looking for! An app to manually take pics. I followed the instructions, but it didn't let me trigger the camera - I'm only on a free trial, do I need to pay for a license to manually trigger the camera? Thanks!
Great question, with the newer cameras. Especially the mirrorless ones, it’s hardly noticeable especially if you are printing 4x6. Pretty much non existent if doing strips. Try it, you will be amazed at the quality. You can always drop iso to 1600 and open aperture or even slow down shutter speed
I hope you can help me here- Im searching- I have a mirror booth- Im using a white background- I tend to see some bleed on the background- a bit of blueish- yet the subjects are perfect in color but not the backdrop- What Can I do- or could be the fabric?
What would you recommend as my best option for an affordable, great quality, easy maintenance best bang for my bug Photo Booth machine, something that’s really going to grow with my new business for a few years
Hi, does this app have 360/boomerang too? I am using lumabooth. I was actually searching for the virtual background for the 360/boomerang when i saw your video
I have a canon and I have the sync cable connected but when I click for a photo on lumabooth it doesn’t trigger my external flash. What am I doing wrong ?
Good day sir. Do you have video how to connect ipad 12.9 to Lumabooth to Dslr Canon. I Tried this snappic app its work properly. But when im using lumabooth its not recognizing my dslr canon
Good afternoon my son is a photographer I built a photo booth for him almost exactly like yours I do have a question is there a particular reason why the umbrella or I should say baby pin is on the side and not the middle? Is there a reason for that? My baby pin will be in the mail this Friday. I don’t want to drill the hole in the wrong spot.
HI Edwin, great observation and thank you for the question. The output or the look of the photo will not make a difference whether if the baby pin holding the flash is in the middle or off to the side. The REASON we have to the side is because we remove the baby pin during transport and screw on the inside. We cant screw in the middle because that's where the camera is.
Good afternoon can you use a T-Mobile hotspot for SMS service? It does come with a phone number. I just got it today was wondering can this work thank you in advance
Rex! Great video! Still can’t get my R50 to work with luma booth… the camera didn’t come with a usb data cable so I bought one from anker.. I’m using the brand new iPad Air with the usb c dongle .. any suggestions beyond that list?
