I like Björk, but I've never liked her live performances. I always expect to hear the same syncopations as the album version and she always throws me for a loop. Also, is it just me, or is she not matching tempo well? It could just be that she's very heavily syncopating on purpose. That's probably it, considering she's a classically trained pianist.
@Kohrotean I admire your earnest attempt to make me a better person but my comment was meant to be an attempt at wry humour. I clearly failed. To be as sincere as you - though I can't really believe I'm bothering - I too only expressed my 'own opinion', I never said 'Björk is god', I certainly didn't complain, and I didn't 'pick on' anyone. Also, less than 1% of people clicked the 'dislike' button and around 2-3% of people are retarded (IQ below 70), so I could well be right in any case. ;-)
@purechemicalsoul Glad to know I'm not alone in that. Was listening to Play Dead once on my music player in the street and had to switch it off as i was starting to cry.
I hate the audio quality on these new videos. Because they are essentially the direct mix from the stage mics, you don't have the ambiance that is experianced in the audience. Amazing performance, but bad audio.
