can we have more info on the Kia Dynamax system? The guy didn;t say anything about it!!! I arrived at this video looking for information about the KIA!
Uk purchasers of RHD vehicles do not get this dashboard or the Fiat 500 style steering wheel. They instead get the dash from the earlier 2010 to 2014 version.
When should traction & stability control be turned off? Like @6:55, we have also noticed that traction & stability control robs the power necessary for the rear to power the vehicle forward sometimes, which sort of defeats the purpose of having AWD in the first place.
Any chance to get some more description of DYNAMAX (KIA) and its modes , similar to the other two (cadilac , GMC) ? As I found - for cadilac and GMC the drivers described the different modes and torque split as they drove the slalom . The KIA engineer just stated that he is running in this mode and showed the video from inside- ok 4x4 was working but nothing more ...
That engine was developed by Volkswagen do Brasil based on the naturally aspirated EA211. In Brazil it was launched as an option for the up! TSI and was equipped with flex fuel technology (more than 90% os cars sold in the country are flex fuel, being able to run on almost any ethanol grade, E27 to E100).
autovideoreview Agreed! From the Magna video on this system, Dynamax appears to be their 'smart' system, automatically routing torque to the axle that needs it, or something like that. More description about what the modes are doing & their effect on handling would have made this video. Mr. Kim may be a good engineer, but he's not much of a spokesman. Is Dynamax the only one that adjusts the torque split automatically? The engineers kept talking about specific splits on the other two vehicles.

What are not these vans imported into the USA???????????? I wonder..........what is the conspiracy, hmmmmmmm... I mean the REASON??????????? One can find ALL other VW models here but these vans.
