Some of the things that have helped me get through this crazy thing called life, are music and videogames. I'm a pretty well rounded gamer, between action, survival horror, RPG's, stealth, Metroidvania's, platformers etc. Come join me if you want to just relax and enjoy some shared interests.
yeah, and any criticism of the game is met with just "get good" or "skill issue" and nothing else about the terrible performance or the overall amount of fun dwindling
right on the nose about the balancing ppl need to realize making a super hard boss fight isnt' difficult, making a boss fun despite it killing you a hundred times is what Fromsoft built their reputation on and Elden ring does not have many of those You either don't use spirit-ashes and the game feels ridiculously oppressive; your only strategy is to have a PVE meta build and press circle or hold l1 a billion times while waiting for openings to give the boss one single jumping attack. And no matter what you do pretty much anything will 2 or 3 shot you. Or you do use spirit-ashes and they play the game for you, the boss lets you stab it in the back a hundred times while your summon tanks all the damage, its even less fun. Why do I still feel like playing Dark Souls 3 after Freide kills me 60 times in a row? Cus its fun and the process of failing/improving feels good. I'm allowed to hit the boss more than once, gambling for extra damage isn't illegal and always punished, the movesets were varied, the bosses were all unique and interesting, the challenge didn't come from input-reading or constant, non-stop aggression it came from genuinely scary AI. Elden Ring makes me want to go to a cheese spot, farm a million runes and double my DPS before retrying some bosses because its just that unenjoyable to get randomly 1-shot by a single slap of their 27-hit combo.
i think it wouldn't be a terrible thing if the next game is a little less difficult but dark souls games should always be challenging imo with bosses that are very hard for those who want them. but i wont be upset if the next one is just had hard.
ther is an even truer true ending if u complite the pantheon of hollow nest basicaly an ultimate boss rush with an even harder radiance its hard af tho
Some day I plan to come back to this and get the platinum trophy by completing the final pantheon. I finished the fourth one. But moved on since I was on this game for so long because it is so good. Thank you for letting me know! Should I give the flower first? Or see the regular ending. I heard there's a separate ending if you give the guy the flower. If the ending barely changes I might just give the flower so I don't have to do it all over again lmao.
Glad you loved it bud! I enjoyed it a lot, myself. I definitely wanna play the remastered versions. I'm curious to see the changes that they apparently made to the original.
@@tbar67 by watching this video, you got me hooked in the series, im interested in yakuza 4 because of 3 reasons: 1. The story is all about betrayal, justice, and redemption which is relatable in real life. 2. The story is similar to expendables. 3. The attitude of 4 protagonist is very interesting since it brings humor to the story not just drama and action.
I’m enjoying the mixture of survival horror. It starts you off with no weapons and trying to avoid enemies, like in Outlast. Then it gives you a weapon but hardly any ammo, so you need to be resourceful like the early survival horror games, like silent hill. Then it starts to become more like the modern resident evil games, like with 4. Having to survive with enemies surrounding you. I will say the game’s not as polished as the others for its time. But I’m pretty sure the team that made this were much smaller than most other companies at the time.
