The print quality is amazing and it comes with 6 months free of instant ink which is definitely a plus! You should really start by saying "Press the button twice to initialize the cleaning cycle"..... otherwise you can't fit anything in that dumb dead mute box :)

Hi Nelva, that error code generally means that the ribbon is not compatible with the printer. The first step is to make sure your ribbon is designed for the Zebra ZXP Series 8 and not another brand - if you need another ribbon, you can find them online here: www.alphacard.com/supply-finder-results?printer_compatibility=205&printer_model=Zebra%20ZXP%20Series%208 If you try another ribbon and are still getting that error, you can contact our technical support team for more help at support@alphacard.com
Hi Ali, the Enduro+ is an older printer and no longer available. If you are looking for a Magicard printer, we would recommend the 300 as a replacement for the Enduro line. The card design can be whatever you make - while most ID card software comes with a few basic templates to get you started, you can design and print your own cards with your own designs.
