This channel is about Homeschooling/Unschooling in Pakistan, Minimalism and Our day to day issues as a woman, a mother and a Pakistani.
This is pretty much like my life journal. One day on my death bed I'll look back at everything I did, my kids could relive their memories and this channel serves me a life purpose. Through me, through my experience if someone somewhere learns something, that's the best thing I could do to bring a little difference. And remind myself I didn't just live.
AOA Does 11 years old child of mine in 6th standard can go with the homeschooling system? Cuz I'm sick and tired with our schooling system, my point is they are running their business this is it and outcome is not satisfactory.

I have 4 children and have been homeschooling them since they were little. Now my oldest is 20 and in University, youngest is 10 and in 4th. This video is exactly all a person needs to start and continue with homeschooling. If desire hai tou nothing can stop you from homeschooling. And please DO NOT PAY anyone for homeschooling courses. In older classes maybe hire a tutor if necessary but otherwise please no need to pay money to educate your child for the first 14 years at least!

@bushragul4520 I have 4 children and have been homeschooling forever. Oldest is in University now. Reading English is very simple. Start with letters and their sounds. Then connect them. If this is complicated just searching " beginning phonics" or Reading for preschoolers will give you lots of websites.
I agree with all of your points but the only point I don't agree with is that not everyone is eligible to homeschool because I know many people who have psychological issues like depression or bipolar or the family environment is dysfunctional. A child will suffer more if he stays in the home 24/7. He needs to get out of the toxic environment for his own mental health.

Regarding parenting its all about your connection with your kid, it should be damn strong. As i work earlier in educational institutions in admin.... Jaisy schools k bht se issues hain parents k apny b bht se hain. Kch ase parents b aty hain jin ko kch b ni pta hota bechy ki studies and class k bary main n wo bus school se tuition or tuition se school. And few parents are totally mad for grades.
The main thing is bechy school jain ya homeschooling karain. Parents should take overall responsibility and wo responsibility sirf khilana pilana , kapron or needs ki nahi sirf. Deen ki basics or duniya ki reality and new trends and technologies....... Sb kch parents ko hi btana he. Its time taking process, it needs patience and continuous efforts...
I agree with you that no one can teach a child what a parent can. I have an adult son who looks up to me for teaching him how to make Desi food. He recently took a month off from his work to visit me and we had a great time cooking together many dishes that he loves. This may be off topic but what I am trying to say is that educating a child is not only academic and scholastic but it involves everything from emotional, moral and life skills that no school can ever teach. I love that you are so close to your children and the time you spend together is something that they will cherish and remember forever.
I got ur channel late 😢 ..as l was also not satisfied with schools .. then tutors im much impulsive. U look so calm .. i get frustrated when they are not responding.. u r so sweet n im getting ur point . Let me know how to make relationship with my elder daughter as she is going to be 15 this yr but im still very harsh to her on her studies as she is nt giving her attention to her studies she is doing olevels
I really like your videos, and they're really informative. My question is what if the lady has an uncooperative husband and she herself is not very well educated, do you think she's still capable of homeschooling the child?plz reply
@@UmarFarooq-py9pf Assalam o Alaikum Umar, thank you for your question. I myself have no experience of educating a dyslexic child, so I believe I would not be a good person to guide. But generally what I try to instill in kids above 10 is they become independent and become self learners. They have the right books, access to Internet resources and if possible some library and they set their own targets and find out ways to accomplish them. If you're a father of a 10 years old, just give him so much time, see what he likes and get involved in it with him.

@@UmarFarooq-py9pf Aw, I unfortunately am not connected with many Homeschooling families myself. I would say either seek professional assistance or you can search for International Homeschooling/unschooling videos specifically made to address dyslexic children, I am pretty sure you will get a lot of help. Just out of curiosity how did you know that your kid is dyslexic.

Definitely, you can have tutors in case there's something you can't teach due to any reason. But, always know that the most expensive education for your child is the education that you give them. Your business and your motherhood need to go hand in hand in case they are little. They didn't ask to be born, once you have them they have a right on your time and attention. Once they are grown, they won't need that time. Whether you school or homeschool, your time is of great importance.

Walaikum Salam Tabassum, ap kyon homeschool karana chahtay hain apnay bachon ko, kindly elaborate. Meet up takes a lot of time and effort, right now my focus is on my kids and my own education, that's why I think it will be hard for me. English tutor ka mujy idea nai hay, maths ki online classes li theen Manahil nain, Mathlete by Saad aik youtube channel hy wahan sy hamain unka pata chla tha or phir unka online session manahil ny attend kiya tha.
I had been tutoring kids for years and yes the new revised edition punjab text books have improved to a better extent especially the addition of visual concepts in maths is a great addition.In english the grammer section is now extensive which was not the case when I used to study them myself . If you are studying 9th and 10th class maths, khan academy too is a great resource to strenthen your concepts, the quizzes are challenging and its easy to understand the reak life application of those concepts through quizzes its always nice to study colored books , I remember my 12th grade biology black and white notes which seemed boring n I found it hard studying them, but when I got the colored book i absolutely loved it so yeah!! Thank YOU Bakhtawar for your feedback. It's extremely significant to hear from you that you enjoyed this new change. I was totally surprised, so surprised that my own family was like Nadia what's the big deal. Yes, it's a big deal when you see such major thought process behind the development of the books that masses have to read. Like many people, I was also leaning toward Oxford books and thought that international books are more pictorial, colorful and cover a wider range of ideas. But these books really changed my perspective and the best thing is it's in the reach of everyone, which matters a lot.
Gee Sumaira, usnay khud sy bi cover kiya hy sara D syllabus or kuch arsa online tuition bi li hy. Jaisay main ny kaha k agar hm bachay ki basics bna daitay hain to phir wo khud sy kar laita hy sb kuch. And definitely I will try to make a video with her how she does Maths.
I have been using Punjab textbook board maths and Urdu books for a while. They are really good. The ones who have put an effort to make this curriculum have done a commendable job.
haha....the whole world is conspiring agaisnt me making a video!! that what happened to me this whole week. I planned to complete linear algebra module this week, but the days passed by and I could not do that ,not even a single topic, the reason being health issues, low energy ,and yeah i too was not feeling doing that!!! I felt very bad of myself but today i am all set to start.. .what a cute name ❤❤ please keep your videos coming on any topic.....I wait for your content.

@@HafsaTayyaba-e1m Thank you very much Hafsa. 😊 If a child is not interested in English language, then it's absolutely fine to explain him other subjects in his mother tongue, in fact it is recommended that core concepts should be taught in child's own language. In case you see the kid is not interested in learning English language, then you first need to change the method of teaching. Kids love learning so much, the only problem is sometimes our way of delivering knowledge kills their curiosity and drive to learn.
