oh thank you so so much, my entire father's side of the family is finnish and I'd love to be able to understand the a little bit but dont have the money to pay for a course yet.
Did not watch whole 2 hours, just skimmed through it. Most of this is written Finnish. No one speaks it outside of some high position jobs where they try to be really formal. For example in spoken Finnish, "se on" is rarely said (depends), and instead people will usually just say "kirahvi" or "seven" with a filler word "umm" before it while they think. It's all good if you want to learn to read Finnish. But you may find youself lost and confused with spoken Finnish.
