Hi there, I was wondering if this chair is the same as my chair? The roller has stopped working because it cannot push anymore due to the gear/ mechanical arm not strong enough to push againts the body weight. Could you please kindly tell me where to buy the parts for this? my chair model is MASCHR-PRO-BK.

Fantastic, a real life saver! I often work far out in the rurals where there is little to no cellular service so having these videos to download and refer to is really helpful.
Those sensors can be removed by unscrewing the metal plates the sensors are installed onto. Once removed, simply follow the wire to where it plugs into the circuit board and remove the plug. They're the multi-pins that plug into the right side and bottom right corner of the board. Good luck!
