I’m 17 years old, I grew up in Gig Harbor. Now i live in Minnesota but wow has it changed. It was a beautiful place to grow up in(still is), but everyone found out about it! I went to elementary school at Discovery Elementary and I lived in Stinson park apartments from when I was 2 years old to 12. I looked online and now they’re a upscale apartments called “The Magnolias at Stinson”. Eventually I’ll make my way back there whenever I’m in the PNW again. Also I have to recommend Puerto Vallarta for Mexican food in the Harbor area 🤤 my family and I went there for years!

This is advice for those who already have pre existing wealth, I don't understand the point of these being advertised to the general populous.

You heard him folks, pay more for the loan than you will for the house, and be responsible for repairs, major systems replacents, and all associated liabilities, while knowing that house values will plumet within the next couple of years. This guy gives awful advice!
