WTF, I never got the option to upload the virus for Sandra! I accepted her help, and did the stuff before but maxtac died and there was no question icons or that prompt. I wonder if Sandra will be pissed. What reward did I miss for not getting this?

The best choice in game is to follow the Voodoo Boys and kill the netwatch against, then get revenge. You as V need the help of the voodoo even with all the things they are about to do to you. Sparing the Netwatch agent doesn't safe the world. Spoilers. Netwatch isn't all that good as some people want them or think they are. Cynosure is a cooperation between Militech and them (Netwatch). They bash the VDB for poking the wall... meanwhile they are opening it and extracting AIs at will. You can see all of this in the Cynosure facility and in the side gig with the reporter. (netwatch hunting their lose ends)
I my eyes, this is the cannon ending for V. Male V leaves the city with Panam as a love interest. Female V and Judy join the aldecaldos and leave Night City. Sorry, I know im way late great video, though.

If you are corpo you can tell her you know she's working for someone to get info on MaxTac or if you chose the second dialogue option at 3:07 and your cool is high enough you can basically tell her she's out of her depth and she probably tried to find out detes on Reed and she couldn't. She will panic and just give you the shard lol

Side with Netwatch effect one GIG, with side with them again (by spare one voodoo guy), Mr Hands will happy more because Netwatch offer protection service. don't know it effect the side mission about black wall, if you side the bitch later sold you later.

If you listen through the agent’s dialogue until he gives you a deal you can then side with VDB, get to punch Placide then betray the VDB afterwards. No Netwatch strings attached, win-win all around. You don’t get to punch Placide if you punch the agent early.
Despite being Corpo, NetWatch seem to be a better choice here. Yes war with AI seem inevitable and we might even lose against them but.... Trying to stall their advance are better than bow to them submissively.
