Honestly I admire how you are there to supervised every bit of the work, especially some of the important works like the lightings, kitchen cabinet and most especially the compound. I dunno how you do it but your job/business in London gives you that liberty to supervise your property which is very very important👌🏾

I bought 6 plots in Kweirkom from KAS Estates back in 2021 I changed location of the plots from the first location to Seaview back in February 2023 after paying in full. It is now August 2024, as I type this comment I STILL do not have my indenture. I had my representative visit the office numerous times and I visit everytime I am in Ghana and it is always a different story and finger pointing but no indenture to date. I send messages repeatedly and Mr. Hafiz reads the messages and never responds. Make what you want of this and decide if you want to purchase land from them or not.
Kas estate is a criminal company and no body should buy land from them. I bought land from them, made a full payment and they later came to tell me that there is a new chief that doesn't agree with the agreement Kas made with the previous chief that has died and so I have to rebuy the land that I already own again, otherwise my plot of land would be sold to someone else. About this architecture drawing he is talking about that they have to do it for you is also not making sense. I sent them mine that has already been drew and all they have to do is just copy and paste. it took me almost two years to get them do it for me, anytime i go to their office the workers are asking me to pay them bribe before they will do it for me, mean while I don't own them money. I rang to their boss Yaya Kasim to inform him about the behavior of his office workers and to my astonishment Yaya Kasim told me that there is a corruption everywhere in Ghana and it is normal for me to pay the bribe. This Kas estate is making business, if you buy land from them you will never get done with them because after you have finish paying for your land they will still make you pay for hidden fees. I will encourage everybody to buy land direct from the chiefs because this middle men that they have named themselves estate agents are criminals.
I absolutely love your house and the yard space it has. In regards to the lights on either side of the door, I would've put them a bit higher, but that is only my preference. I just noticed that the windows on the left side are not aligned (in terms of symmetry) with the windows on the right side.. Thanks for sharing, I can't wait to see the finished project!

Option B Lounge 6x5m Dining 3.6x3m. Total 40.8sqm Sir please these two living rooms which one is luxurious? Which one would require more land space? Which option is best?
