I remember you mentioned in one of your other vlogs that you use "Xiao hong shu". I wanted to ask how you handle translations for this app? like for comments on posts and such.
Me and my parents visited Xishuangbanna this Mai, They love the Dai( Thai) village, they showed us all the village , explained how the family live together , work together, they showed us the tree and explain Mango, I just know there are so many different types of Manggo.. in short - You have to speak Chinese . They don’t speak English for sure. BTW - I bough a pair of silver chopsticks, it cost $100 . I think it’s fine to support my guide for the tour 😊
Hi Lauren for your next vacation can I recommend visiting Lijiang in Yunnan province. It is a very scenic and beautiful nature town and is a UNESCO world heritage site.
Thanks for your video. How much did you pay from your hotel to the terracotta warriors using Didi? was it easy to catch a Didi to return to your hotel?
Yes, I recommend purchasing ahead of time! I used their wechat mini program. Alternatively, I'm sure there are english tour websites such as GetYourGuide which I've used in Beijing before.
After watching many China Expat Vloggers, I have just realized that I enjoyed yours the most. Your vids have no political agenda, & nice balance between two lovely persons and China. Love it & thanx.
There was much more people when I went there during new year's holiday, those two building was just opened for public. The canal was used mainly for grain ship from south China to Capital Beijing since Yuan dynasty. It's the most important transportation system in about 800 years between north and south China. Now it's in the World Heritage List of UNESCO.
Whoa, I didn't know 3 Body Problem was a book written by a Chinese author. I saw the Netflix trailer and thought it was pretty interesting. I will check it out.
