Interesting to see it for sale. 'Aunt' Joe and my aunt left the Bahamas because it was increasingly dangerous. More and more trespassers and pirates. I still have a few pieces of furniture and other items that were in the original house.

someone should buy it and turn it into a Club Med type place for lesbians. nice lesbian resort. but keep it low key like Joe would have liked. expensive, but tasteful. amazing that her house only had 4 bedrooms considering the wealth she had. but, she drove an ambulance in WWI, was a bartender, worked on chicken farm, and did various things before she established this place.
1 GREAT thing about this island is that it is MOSTLY undeveloped and therefore "moldable" to what you want to build there. 1 BAD thing about this island is that it's highest point is about 3 feet above sea level. If I had the $20,000,000.00 that 7thheavenproperties is asking for this 711 acre island I'd buy it and turn it into a recreation area, campground, resort, TOWN where NUDITY would be completely LEGAL........EVERYWHERE OUTDOORS on the entire Island. Of course if I had $20,000,000.00 to throw around I might try to buy 10,000 acre Samana Cay or 69,000 acre Mayaguana Island. Mayaguana Island............30,000 people on that island when it's completely developed...........95% of them completely naked everywhere they ever go...............(8^)

Before renting this unit 4 Mira Mar (Paradise Island) to someone, can you please make sure that there is a "MOLE INSPECTION", especially in the Master bedroom? As you know, we were the previous tenants and my husband got sick and had to consult a doctor (Dr Todd Pindler) many times until we found the problem. For what we understand, there was some cosmetic works for the appearance but the place needs more than that. There was also water infiltration in the living room that left a “lake” every time it rained.
