I had two concussions where i lost consciousness for a long time. I sm havjng s lot of peoblems with executive dysfunction. I cant plan anything just want to sleep all the time. Is there any cure for this? Is there an inpatient ce ter for help?
Pardon me for saying this, but as someone who has constant severe cognitive and physical fatigue and has lived with this for over eight years, I would find it much more helpful to hear some advice/help. I already know how hard it is. I'm not even living, barely existing. This is after trying all the pacing, planning, resting etc. I am in despair over it.
Wouldn't using hearing aids reduce the effort required to process spoken information, making you more dependent on them over time? As a result, this reliance could potentially worsen auditory processing disorder (APD) when you're not using the aids. It seems to me that hearing aids might only mask the challenges of APD without addressing the underlying issue. Wouldn't it be more effective to engage in exercises that gradually improve auditory processing, such as listening activities tailored for APD? For instance, starting with easier audio tracks and progressively introducing more complex sounds, like background noise, could serve as a training module to help improve auditory processing over time. Is there a method like this available?
Mam i got childhood injury when i was around 7 to 8 years old and now i am 18 years old and i face many problems related to brain like headache memory loss , iching in head and anger issue what i do now
lame conversation. we get injured and our lives go down the tubes. we end up dying as homeless and/or incarcerated beggars, as targets of psychiatric drug-violence an freemasonic-Satanic policing. it's all hideous.
I often have kind of a delay in processing language, when someone suddenly starts talking to me or asking me something, I notice they said something but for the first few seconds I simply understand nothing. That was really frustrating in school with teachers, and it didn’t help that my brain drifts off when I have to listen to anything for more than 20 minutes. Great video though, clear and to the point.
Not sure if I got co poising. I idled my car half way in half way out of my garage for a few minutes while I tinkered on it. I had a light head ache but also could been the fact that it was 2am. I also had a co detector in the garage that didn't go off. Sense then I've had mix's between sinus type headaches and tensions type headaches. I use to get a lot of sinus headaches. 18 hours after the idling I did go to er and they registred my level my level at 1.9%. The nurse there also was at 2% and the doctor at 0%. My anxiety has been through the roof and I'm super fatigued and cant seem to totally wake up.
Lots of music now sounds out of tune or missing instruments. And I can talk all day on the phone to my brother. But can’t understand anything he says face to face ! Weird
Several fatigues and one severe stress reaction and my brain don’t want to go in to sleep. Depending in medication for this and no one takes it seriously so it’s a fight for every time i need refill of medication. Seems there is like no knowledge about this among doctors.
Thankfully I was diagnosed quite early with APD. When I entered school, my teachers got informed. Thus I was always sitting in the front of the class, they confirmed instructions with me and I was allowed to wear headphones during exams to reduce noise. I myself taught myself to always write instructions down, learn visually and even graduated top ten in my class :)

I remember when these started popping up at my brother’s school. Such a neat device! (My brother’s brain damage meant he wasn’t a candidate but he was very good at training the family what he wanted from us, lol.)
