The problem is that since they go through the rectum, they can introduce fecal bacteria which can cause nasty infections. The antibiotics they give aren’t always effective against ESBL bacteria, either. Newer procedures avoid this. Ask your doc.

LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!
How about female surgeons give a damn and treat their patients like people instead of numbers. Because of history with PC i’ve had way too many surgeries. 5 times I have had the experience of bladder neck dilation, 3 times male doctors did this without ANY anesthesia. The 2 done by female doctors I didn’t feel a thing. I always try to get female doctors now, if asked why i insist I just say i’m not an old chevy I don’t want to be wrenched on.
I have a question. About 5 days ago I was having a lot of pain in my left testicle. I went to the er immediately and they did an ultra sound on me. Later when I got the results they had told me I don’t have testicular torsion but they also really didn’t tell me anything. They said I may have just gone too hard during my workout (I was working out before the pain). They prescribed me ibuprofen to help the pain. 5 days later and I’m still have some pain. Not as bad as when I went to the er but there is some pain aswell as some abdominal pain. Could it be that they were wrong about my diagnosis?
