Ms. London Johnson, owner of Lioness Fitness, LLC, is a group fitness dance instructor, who has been teaching dance fitness since 2008. She started teaching Zumba in 2009 and eventually branched off with her own dance fitness brand in 2015. London’s dance class is very diverse and features music from South America, Europe, the Caribbean, and Africa. The dance routines vary in intensity; from medium slow to fast paced. The students are encouraged to work at their own pace. London demonstrates all dance moves for proper format to ensure that students do not injure themselves. London also provides nutritional guidance as well as weight training guidance. London is currently certified in Group Fitness from AAAI/ISMA. Other certifications included Zumba, Meditation, Piloxing, and Hot Hula. London’s passion is to ensure that all of her students reach their fitness goals safely and healthy. All students are encouraged to have a lot of fun in this dynamic class.
Oh wow! Well, The Puerto Ricans do have African blood. It may be Kenyan, I’m not sure. Thanks for pointing that out. Also, the singer practiced the Sentoria religion and may be speaking some Yoruba. One of his songs has a lot of Yoruba language from Nigeria.
It is a very fun class. It works the total body so you’re toning and burning calories at the same time. It’s great for endurance and stamina too. The boots are 4 pounds so it’s weighted. Also they’re good on your joints. The springs in the boots absorb 80% of shock on your joints so you’re not in pain. Thanks for the love!
