I am 19 years old boy studying in class 12th in India and my father is a doctor too. So, we are very aware of every complications of health. When I start complaining about my eyesight My father went to Eye specialist doctor and took my eye examined and found that I have x linked juvenile retinoschisis. At that time I was just 12 years old. Doctor told me to take few eye drops that he prescribed me. I used to do Yoga 2-4 hours a day and My eyesight is not getting bad (It is intact). I changed my diet completely and I mostly eat food rich in Vitamin A, I take food which is useful for Eye. My eyesight is persistent and I stopped it from getting worse. Hope that helps ☺
