Hello @hightechplatform1874, first you need to select the correct intrinsic safety barrier for your application. This would fall under our “Switch Amplifiers” on our website. We have many models to choose from. One deciding factor is the switching frequency. For switching applications with a frequency of 10 Hz or less, you can use a switch amplifier with a relay output. The most common is the KCD2-SR-EX1 for one channel or the KCD2-SR-EX2 for two channels. For switching applications with more than 10 Hz, you should choose a barrier with a transistor output. The most common would be the KCD2-SOT-EX1 for one channel or the KCD2-SOT-EX2 for two channels. All of the above models have DIP switches on the front panel of the barrier that allow the user to select an output mode based on the NAMUR input state. There is also a yellow status LED that illuminates when the output is in an “on” state. This provides a visual indication when the output is “on” based on the position of the DIP switches. Hello @minhanh5580, the only way to reset the safety monitor to the default password is to load a blank project to the controller. There is a better way. When you run the ASIMON software you will get a release code. Call Pepperl+Fuchs 330 486 0001 with this release code and we will give you a temporary password. This temp password will allow you to change the password to whatever one you want. We hope this is helpful to you.

Hello Roshith cv, with the four-head controller you can connect up to four UHF heads to this controller. You have selected the correct assembly 107/157. This assembly will map 60 bytes for each head for a total size of 240 bytes in and 240 bytes out. The offsets are byte 0 head 1, byte 60 head 2, byte 120 head 3, and byte 180 head 4. If you use the add-on instructions, this offset is automatically taken into account. We hope this is of help.
