The chinese only can make decent robots when other countries make them first, because the only way the chinese develop things is by stealing the tech from others.
I don't think it's necessary to put a fake skin on the robot at this stage, because the servo motors and neural networks have not yet reached the ideal level. God, this can't be compared with the cyborgs in heterosexual movies. Haha

I could quite happily interreact with one of these robots as a technical assistant and a speak when spoken to device in an office environment where I work on projects and don't require a person to make stupid conversation to impress or mislead me.......having "someone" with almost infinite knowledge would enable me to bounce ideas off without compromising my security coding as it would not repeat anything I said or insinuated..
Unless you live in tent cities, there's bound to be something in your home MADE IN CHINA. Heck, even tent cities cannot escape MADE IN CHINA. So it's best you go empty handed and live in a cave.
I have to admit, these Companion robots seem incredible. But, they are not yet able to do what i need them to do. I am an inspector by trade, and because of age, I have some physical limitations that I wish these Companion Robots could help with. Going up and down stairs, being able to take a variety of Very high quality pictures and videos. And allow me to see what the robot sees from a reasonable distance. The robot needs to be small enough and easy enough to transport in a normal family size car. And adding a few sensors like your medical robots would be great as well. I would love to be able to be part of the, in the field testing process of any newly developed robots, in this area of interest.
I have to congratulate the younger generation on their skills and creativity with robots! We have a long way to go for a mobile and independent system, but they'll get it. In the meantime, stationary systems have proven themselves over and over again. Well done to the engineers and electronic geniuses!
A number of them look amazingly lifelike... until they move their mouth. They need to work on replicating the mouth making the 'oo' sound that is the 'u' sound. And sometimes moving their lips without moving their teeth. I prefer a very robotic, Android look to the not quite human look. 3PO or I Robot Are more comfortable to look at.
Now, if they can make them without looking like they need to take a shit all the time, that would be better also. But , they haven't been able to control the balance like a human yet, so therefore they will squat for the time being. They are in need of a natural equilibrium. :)

it is ok to let robot look similar as hunman but still that gona take a lot more to really look like , and in now it is still look a little creep though, this on my mind just since our hunman all skin is a sensor but robot's sense is really less than hunman so does that limit what area of task we want them to do for us.🤤
