Heyy for anyone who still wants to make this gorgeaus cardigan, i would highly recomend to knit it, because it is way cheaper. I just made Gauge Swatches with both crocheting and knitting and for 10 sts each i needed by the crocheting (doing the Waistcoat stich like in the Video) 150cm yarn and by knitting only about 30cm! So if you are thinking on making this crochet or knit maybe that helps <3
I have a question on the sleeve I crocheted 23 stitches but when I decrease I didn’t end with a decrease I am missing a stitch and I counted 23 was it supposed to be 24?
I know its super late but I made this cardigan following this video and omg it was so easy to follow and put together. Any mistakes I made were just on me and this was a suppeerrrrr helpful tutorial. I am so proud of this and I was able to complete it in a week and a half if anybody was wondering how long it would take without breaks. I finished it during summer vacation and im sure it took her so long cuz she had things going on in her life lmao. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial, really ❤❤❤ I made my first ever crochet vest and i'm happy how it turned out. Still can't believe i could make a crochet vest😂
this is quite literally the best video for this I have ever seen. I have been looking at making a chunky sweater for myself for so long because I love hopes products, but there is no way I can afford one. I haven't been able to crochet or even finger knit like I used to because of life and whatnot. I think you have sparked something in me again my friend so I thank you!
I like the many colors, but it shows a sloppy fit, not properly sitting on shoulders. Personally, I’ll stick to traditional patterns that have fit and class and functionality.
I’m actually making this a blanket and thanks so much for the pattern ! Thanks so much for making this a full video! You’re very entertain to watch and it actually made sense for once :), thanks again!
3:08, you really called a lot of people out there hun. I choose to make my clothing though, so I don't fall into that category. I make my clothes because I get to style it in the way I want for way cheaper than going out and buying one for double the price. :)
Just finished my second one, absolutely love this pattern, will definitely be a pattern I turn to for many years to come. Thank you again for taking the time to create this tutorial for everyone to use to create a wonderful houndstooth pattern vest <3

Crocheter here! Finished the cardigan and it came out AMAZING AHHHH, I can’t tell you how much I love it! The video was very clear on instructions, for the waist coat stich, single crochet at the start of the row then waist coat stich all the way, when you get to the end do a single crochet in the last braid, but ofc what ever works for you!
