He is a top 3 tech for sure, and in conversation for top1 :) check out some yt videos on his playstyle, but in terms of dmg/utility he is amazing on offense, so if you end up enjoying him I wouldn't hesitate to rank him up. ps. he wants to be awakend and max sig (for optimal usage since it allows him to gain pseudo-immunity to incinerate and bleed + gives him softguard [max 10% dmg taken from a hit]) pss. YT algo is weird lol
