the video is so well recorded and the flight itself is as if a professional pilot is flying, everything according to the regulations and as it should be, excellently recorded and very beautiful to watch for those who enjoy flying and aircraft 👌👌👍👍👏👏
I use SH but do not have GF. GF will change the tree types, but what about placement and density? With GF above SH in the scenery.ini, will I have more dense forests than SH....or is GF only for tree type improvement? This is for work scenery, I am doing a world tour in the Lancair Legacy, currently on Africa's east coast near Madagascar.
It’s a very detailed simulation of the real SP…….i must admit I was amazed by how well the systems were modelled including the Genesys IDU-450’s…….well done to the design team……..!😀
this looks so familiar, but i can’t place it. Nice flying as usual. I finally did 3 flights yesterday with really good landings! What helicopter is this?
@@pie.lot.bliksem yes I would say exactly the same thing : a bit difficult at the beginning, but after few hours it's the best single turbine heli with the Lama. I hope someone will fix Cowansim's h125 or make another with the same high quality flight model as the EC130 or Lama.
@@laminak1173 Cowan said at the forum that he is aware of the issues with H125 and is waiting for X-plane to be a stable from developers side because every time he updates the heli something breaks every time a new x-plane update is released. And Cowan is the only H125 I know next to DreamFoil H125 for X-Plane 10
@@pie.lot.bliksem I hope you're right he'll fix it some day... Because I understood something else. It's a shame that you can still buy it without knowing these issues. Dreamfoil said they intended to make an update of their as350
Thank you very much for watching. I do not touch controller or sim settings at all. I use defaults. The one and only thing with the LR R22 is that I pull the cyclic left and back slightly to find that spot that keeps her submissive.
Hi @grantl1183. Please make sure that: 1. The folder within the zip folder which you download is copied (not a shortcut) into the "../Custom Scenery" folder and the folder name is "Rotor Creek" 2. Inside "../Custom Scenery" there is a file called scenery_packs.ini and can be opened with any text editor, see that the line "../Custom Scenery/Rotor Creek" is anywhere above "../Custom Scenery/X-Plane Airports - KBTV Burlington/". And if it does not appear in the scenery_packs.ini file open and close the sim after coping the "Rotor Creek" folder in the "../Custom Scenery" folder so that the sim can enlist it in the file the open then file again to perform step 2. 3. Save this scenery_packs.ini and restart the X-Plane 12. It will appear as Rotor Creek (RCRK) on the locations list
If setup means peripherals I use then for cyclic and collective I use Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 and anti-torque pedals i use Logitech G27 clutch pedal.
I am not yet geared up for multiplayer. I lack most of the equipment to qualify me for multiplayer at the moment. That is shown by my other X-Plane 12 vids, there is an annoying stuttering. I am hoping to upgrade soon.

It does come with the governor kit and an option to install it or not. If installed the collective lever will be modified with an option to activate the governor on or off. Otherwise it is just a collective lever with a starter switch right on its tip and which can be selected by pressing at that very tip to activate the starter. On this flight I had it not installed and was managing engine RPMs myself.
is taht you or the model is quite unstable? I owned xp11 version of s300 and wondering if this xp12 version whorts the money. Thanks for the cool demo!
It is me flying with the governor kit removed - one of the options shipping with the model. I was managing the throttle myself hence the chopper is bouncy. The helicopter and the sim are stable at least on my part. And it is $15 less if one owns XP11 model. But it is worth one's hard earn money.
