I just received my new Juki MO 1000, purchased from Amazon. I set it up, threaded ut and tested the tension. The machine is making a very loud noise when it sews. What should I do?

well, gee thanks, for showing us something we could figure out ourselves. How about showing us how the cording should be started and treatment of it while sewing. Juki makes great machines, but SUCKS at explanations.
I am glad I got this serger. Was using my mom's old Yamato DC-1H overlocker machine and it is a difficult machine to use especially with thin fabrics. The MO-644D serger was a breeze to use.
I’d like to say that it would be helpful if the instruction book- it pointed out 2 things 1) the lower looper thread goes over the upper looper thread. 2) both needle threads go through the same guides just before inserting them through the needle. Minor things really. I got the threading right in about 30 minutes. This machine is quiet, and runs very smoothly.
I have 2 Juki’s, which I like very much. But the automatic button function stinks. Finally gave up and use an old Singer ‘touch & sew’ with the professional button hole attachment
No videos arw touching on what I'm looking for.. I wanna know more about the adjustable blade.. Right now i have a server 1034D brother.. I know sergers only sew right along the edge. Like its not like a sewing machine where you can sew inches away from the edge. However, from my understanding, you can do that on this machine up to an inch. Is that true or can u still only sew along edges?
