Hi, I have the same Audi A5 3.0 V6 manual gearbox, I wanted to ask you if it sounds like this even with just the downpipe or do you have to do the whole exhaust?

no, it's not from exhaust, after the downpipe, I have a separate cut off electric valve - sound is from there
