I don’t see any reason why they _should_ they only seem to target projects that either make revenue (such as Patreon or kickstarter [or adjacent websites]) or news websites kick up enough of a buzz
Nintendo only takes down projects with some sort of financial incentive or are similar enough to games they are working on to count as competition. Unless a Shy guy themed game with a surfboard comes out in 2025/6 this should be good
20:24 the burst shoot attack can easily be dodged by moving left 20:35 the asteroids can be baited to only one side of the screen And then for the elemental attacks (thunder, fire and bubbles ?) don't be greedy, wait for a good rng
