Hi Tim. Thanks for putting this video out. I just purchased the same Swarm bag along with the medium and large cubes for 5-7 inch swimbaits. I was hoping Buzbe would come out with tackle binders as I still find them better for storing smaller plastics... with orientation a non issue; replace the metal binder rings with re-usable zip ties for the best hold if the bags have metal grommets. I noticed you have a lot of crankbaits, for a tangle free option you may want to look into the Special Mate tackle box (crankbait version) . I used this for 25 years without tangles. Really deep divers won't go in the special mate well so another option is needed. All the best.
Wow! Thanks for the tip. I just looked at the Special Mate Tackle Box options. Never heard of them before now. They defintely look like a good option. Thanks for watching!
@Tim is Outdoors, great content and sound quality. Will have to sit down and order me a couple of these storage kits for when I am out on my friend's Jon boat. Love the low ambience jazz sound in the background......it adds a different vibe to the video.
Wow! Thanks man. I'm so happy somebody noticed! I don't have as much time as I used to for editing so I'm trying a few things that may keep my "handful of viewers" happy! I appreciate you for watching!
@Tim is Outdoors it appears that the BUZBE is a nice size and looking at your Kayak may be a tight fit. Are you looking to get away from kayak fishing in get a small john boat?
You will two removable bearings for fine tuning. I would upgrade the bearings if you are going lighter then 1/16 you have lighter after market spools also and aliexpress have a larger variety of options for bfs
Have you tried the 6th Sense Exclusive soft bait sacks? I bought the 20 pack and it was outstanding. I'm prepping a video for that in the next couple of weeks.
I know the buzzbe systems are good, but I'm not sold on then when there equivalent in the market for a much better price. I've also gone through and have away a ton of lures and hard baits over the years so I don't have too much but iv still have way too much realistically speaking.
I will say that I agree. There are definitely other equivalent systems out there for MUCH less money, but I'm not sure they are better. I was on the fence between the Plano Edge Series and this one. At first glance (and comparing features) these are better overall, but I think the Plano Terminal Tackle System could certainly "edge" this one out....Just the TT system....not the boxes themselves. I may still buy the TT box, but it's even more expensive! At $60, I need a little more convincing. I plan to utilize these for a very long time. I'll be selling off my old gear just to clean up and be a little more streamlined with my gear. Thanks for watching!
That's crazy the amount of patience you have, I get a package and I open it immediately. Kind of sucks that the garage sale sacks were the exact same. The large bait bag was an add on they used in lieu of one or two more baits last year.
I think you are right about the old bag. I plan to fish a whole lot more this year! Less chance of forgetting you bought something. Thanks for watching!
All good. I have yet to figure out how to keep the glasses on without glaring off the lighting. There always seems to be a light that reflects, no matter what I do for the camera.
That's a great idea. I'll do that next time. Well...after my next video drop. I was using a knife on that one. LOL Not the best idea. It should drop this week.
@@timisoutdoors :) I think you will be happy. Glad your surgery went well. I have 8 inches of titanium rods and screws in my lower back, along with a laminectomy, and fusion. I understand your recovery! Took me a year of physical therapy... Hang in there Tim!
I'm currently recovering from my surgery. Mine was the for the C4-5, C5-6, and C6-7 herniated discs. I know exactly what you're going through. Swallowing is still kind have hard but it's getting better. I had my wife and my son-in-law with me. I agree with getting an MRI. It's the best way for the doctors to a good look at what's going on inside if you. I also had an X-Ray done. My surgery was done at Memorial Hermann Surgery Hospital First Colony, just south of Houston, TX. I also had back surgery there years ago. Superb people there.
Hey Tim, Thanks for sharing your journey to surgery and recovery. This may seems insignificant to many but there are a few of us out here that are unsure about going under the knife. Your faith is greatly tested when trusting someone with your body, but you personal relationship with God eliminate those fears and anxiety. Can't wait to see you back on the waters and what on the wall Wednesday. Get well soon and great talking with you earlier today.
Thanks for watching. I totally get it. I was very apprehensive, but I also knew, it was my only option to get my life back. I'm so glad I did and now, I want to be a blessing to those that may want to go down this path.
I have the 6th sense lux travel rods,1 casting and 1 spinning. I live way down in S. FL. They do a good job of pulling them out of the slop. I love using the 6" soft sweep, live shiner with a 8/0 1/8th oz. belly weighted hook. I use a frog or a popper early in the morning. I also wacky rig a Yamamato 297 color. I use a 1/2 oz. jackhammer with a yamamoto zako 4" traylor. I also have a 4'x8' pegboard full of 6th sense hard baits with a few soft. I'm addicted to garage bags .I buy one every 2 weeks, to a month. how else you going to get $225 worth of 6th sense baits for $99? I have never been disappointed in a garage bag. Keep the vids coming and the subs will come. RU-vid is a lot of work, and the subs are slow. You'll get there if that's what you're after.
Thanks, man. That's the goal! I don't have as much time I used to have, but I try to get a video out once or twice a month. I absolutely love your different set-ups. I haven't bought any rods yet, but I may explore that as an option. I have a pack of the sweeps I need to try out as well.
@@timisoutdoors I just retired at 52 years old and go fishing daily, weather permitting. save your money properly and you can retire early like me. I worked 6 days a week and bought and sold houses. I don't know how the housing market is there, but I have bought and sold houses in less than a month. That's without putting a dime in them, or any labor. I have done some light repairs and painted a room or two, but 80% I never touched. I just bought and sold. I did put time into finding houses people had a cheap price on because they wanted out fast. There are a lot of houses down here so that helps. Anyway good luck with the fishing, and the money.
@@timisoutdoors Sweeps in Fl work great, now they released the Panorama and it's 5" to 9" I bought a bunch of 5". I can't wait to get my hands on them, they look great The travel rods are doing great since I only have a car and don't have room for my 7'+ rods. I fish with a friend that has a high dollar bass boat, and I use them then. I think it's time to buy a kayak. I also have 5 traces that came from garage sacks, best way to buy 6th sense stuff. I'm at the point now I'm just buying what I need. I got 1 pack of soft baits in each garage sack. Being in Fl. you need dark colors or something that looks like a gold shiner, we have stained water here. Anyway good luck with the fishing, and drink some Jim Beam for me, I can't drink because I need a liver transplant soon. Growing up in Alabama that's what we always drank. I didn't drink my liver to death, I got hep-c from a tattoo.
@@davidwells6556 Hey! I’m definitely looking to get into real estate. Thanks for the advice! I also ordered a few of the Panorama. I’m super excited to try them in the next week or so. I’ve been looking into how to rig them. Looks to be several ways. I fish with an old school Hobie Pro Angler 14. At this point (approaching 50) it’s too heavy. I may consider a small Jon Boat with a decent trolling motor. Every time I get back, I’m just worn out from pedaling all day! Sorry to hear about your situation. Just know I’m sending you good thoughts! All the best and thanks for sharing!
@@timisoutdoors That's how I did it. Find cheap houses and sell them, I didn't put any money into fixing anything, just waited on the right houses and bought them and immediately listed them. You would be surprised how many houses the county takes because of taxes. I made $80,000 on my first house, bought and sold in 20 days. Good luck, you seem to be pretty smart and you don't have to be a genius to do it. I live in a hugely populated area, that helps. West Palm Beach, Lauderdale, and Miami are one huge city all right off I95. I go west just a few miles and I'm in the everglades for fishing so I'm in the perfect spot. I'm 52 and retired at 45, and have enough money to live 50 years. Too bad it looks like I have a year at best unless I find a donor and the transplant goes well. I have both arms covered in tattoos and the last one I got hep-c, just my luck. That's what you get for letting a "friend" give you a tattoo. I didn't know he was sick and he was my neighbor, I found him dead two weeks after I got the tattoo and didn't get tested. Had hep-c for 20 years and didn't know it. My stupidity........
Nice informational video, just so happen to start my travel kit fishing kit as well. Came in handy down in Puerto Rico, as I was able to pack my gear and it didn't interfere with my regular gear. 6th Sense was instrumental in starting me off with this.
Love your videos bud. I live in Green Bay so I'm acquainted with the great fishing on the bay. Grandpa and grandma had a cottage near sand bay when I was a youngin.
I have lived in West Palm Beach for 30 years now, and all the overpasses have ponds/lakes beside them. That's where they got the dirt to build the ramps, and they're all full of bass. I have caught 7 and 8 pounders out of them many times. I ride up and down I95 and the turnpike, there is some huge ponds by some of them. Get off on the exit and find a place to park, then you can fish all day. If it's two interstates crossing, just go to an exit where there is a road then you don't have to worry about cops. You had better have a fishing license because they have checked mine 80% of the time. Those were actually small Florida bass. Sorry, not trying to be an @$$. There are many dinks here, so you didn't do bad at all for 30 minutes. If you're in north Florida it's not the same as way down south where I live. bass are much bigger once you pass Orlando. At least I've caught much bigger bass down here than when I fished north of Orlando. I hope you got to fish more than 30 minutes while in Florida. They have been stocking Peacock bass down here lately. None north of Palm Beach County as far as I know. I think the sub-tropic line starts here. I know of two lakes in Palm Beach county that have them. Good job getting bass and not tickets LOL.
Hey!!!!! Great informational video and low way to stock up on baits while it is cold outside versus waiting till it's warmer. The video room is looking pretty darn good. Keep up the good work and once again I didn't receive a notification...check that Go-Pro firmware again. Peace Oh, the guy in the background video and Pelican Catch 110 Hydryve II kayak looks like a true fisherman(royalties).
Wow the fact the little guy didnt resist at all when you picked him up is telling! Must've been stuck there for a while. Good thing you were there! Big props for helping it out
Just got my bag today. Didn't seem to have as much stuff it it as yours but still, not bad. I thought I would get the Sweep swimbaits but did not. Oh well.
Yeah, I got the draw and trace. From what I had seen on youtube I thought I would get the sweep too. I got 3 packs of plastics, 11 hard baits, a vega frog, 2 divine swim jigs, pack of hooks, pack of swivels, and a sun mask. The hard baits were all quakes and crushes with the exception of one curve.
Great video I’ve been scouring the tube waiting for these garage sale sack openings to drop! I got mine about a week ago and couldn’t be happier with what they sent me. For anyone wondering NONE OF THE BAGS HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME COLORS OR BAITS but everyone got a draw trace and seeep, some soft plastics and a wide variety of clearance and non. Clearance hardbaits! I’m even considering grabbing a whole nother bag haha
Had to explain what nomenclature was to my daughter. Also that only someone from the military would use that word. Good video. Subscribed and following for more good content
