How come some of these gloves have a lace coming out of the back of the index finger. Usually happens when people release their gloves. But it’s never like that when the glove comes from the factory. I watched many videos and they always leave not tied outside the index finger in the back. Just like your glove that you start from the pinky side.
This mitt was excellent quality in my opinion. On par with any Pro Limited or Pro Preferred. It was sent to me by @glovecowboy for the sole purpose of making this how-to video. Nothing wrong with the mitt at all!
Just replaced the frail, factory laces on my kids 11.75 A2000. Not all, just what gets stressed while fielding balls- web, fingers, spiral! Your videos are great!
THANK YOU! I have the same TT2 but with the gold labels--it's my baby and I went to toss with a harder-throwing ex-teammate and on probably the fifth throw a ball busted right through the pocket. Went back and replaced the lace in the web today and this was a huge help!

Yeah I have an AMG 600 CW, it’s just over 20 years old. It’s a heavy glove, but a damn good one. I bought some saddle soap and I’m considering re-lacing it as well. Nice vid!
My son has a KBH13 and the finger laces cover the whole back of the fingers. And I think 1 whole piece of lace is used for the fingers and the spiral. Am I wrong? I want to relace the spiral 1 color and the fingers another. But I'm new to this and dont want to mess it up. Thanks!
Wonderful job and very patient thorough instructions. When I saw the price tag to replace my Wilson A-2000 XLO at $300.00 I decided I must re-string it. (I paid 50-60 years ago which I thought was a lot at the time.
Sheesh man i think i just went through all your vids looking for this answer..where did you get that lacing tool?? I have a tandy leather perma lock but yours looks so much longer definitely easier for pulling through the web.
Awesome video but you need to put a disclaimer out that these can only be done while the palm is open, it’s impossible to do this job without the palm open
