U recommend this bike for someone who’s about 5’10 in height? Thinking of buying a 95 750 virago and in pictures it looks like it would fit me small so I’m curious. Never seen one in person yet
Im about 5’8 and I feel pretty good on it. But I have had some of my friends say they feel squished. But I would say it would work. Especially if you put some highway pegs on it
Any chance you would be willing to help me figure out what is wrong with my bike? been to 2 shops and my issues still aren't fixed. I have a 96 virago 750
@@Cultoftherats Okay, no need to be a jackass. I literally answered your question. I'm struggling to not be an asshole, unlike you, so I'll stay silent.
@@Cultoftherats Fuck it. While we are here: Of course you think calling it the "interweb" is a southern thing. You were probably born post 2001 and think any thing anyone says with an accent is southern. You probably don't even know what southern is, you just heard it in passing and decided your opinion was fact. You're probably the type of person to say "Florida isn't southern!" While you sit in the "Midwest" (by the way,the Kentucky and Indiana aren't west of a fucking thing aside from 3 eastern states (that are considered Eastern seaboard) and unironically think you're better than anyone. Reminder: You started this.
They call it a jaw jack for a reason lets just hope you don't learn why if you miss one ratchet or cant reach and let go it will slam that part multiple times tell whatever weight hits the floor
In 1992 I purchased a new 750 Virago and road the heck out of it for 4+ years. I sold it for a great price. It was the BEST bike that I owned. Before that I bought a used 500 cc Virago which also was a good bike. My last bike was a used 1991 HD FXR. It was a good bike but the 750 Virago was a much better handling bike. Had to sell the HD a few years ago after I had both hips replaced from old age!
I've been a tech for 15 years, that's the reason I don't wear my uniform home. I always change at work. I don't need the headache of everyone in my neighborhoods broken cars. At social events when people find out, there's always a story "my cars doing this or making this noise" I usually say it will still be doing that after this conversation good luck
Yes sir! My first day of work is tomorrow and im taking my vstrom 1000 to it. You are right on so many levels. It always a good day when you get to ride your motorcycle!
@@basedbane787 nah but u dont minus the ppl you have to count in everything to make a observations, in my state/province its says over 50% of riders either cant walk or die do to over speeding and reckless driving, so let me rephase my first statement: I would rather wait 10 more minutes in traffic then die or get injured so no bike are not better.
That’s one of the first thing I was told when learning to wrench 😂😂😂 one of the most truthful statements I’ve ever heard. And you’d be surprised at how many people want to just ask you a question about their car problems 😂
@@dryforkgarage1432😂😂😂 that definitely doesn’t surprise me because I got out mechanic shop and back to a weld shop and I have other welders ask me something about their car
I just charge normal price, sometimes even a 2% discount for good friends. If they are good people they trust you more with their stuff and rather pay you than pay another random scammer
