Thing about vinyl records is surface damage doesn’t really bother them, the music “data” is retained inside the groove. So scratches on the top surface are usually only minor compared to how bad they look. The fact the groove is a deep spiral cut also means it’s not going to lose tracking even with some bad warps, though warble in the audio is going to be noticed.
