Hi! It was recorded at the end of December / begging of January. When it comes to snow, it really depends on the year! Sometimes it snows in December and sometimes not at all - there is no rule unfortunately 😖 This year, at the beginning of January there was a lot of snow in Krakow! ❄️
@@iameeviee thanks for the reply. I will be in Krakow after Zakopane on the 29Dec till 1st Jan. Do hope to enjoy some snowfalls during my stay in Krakow.
During this time, I think there should be snow (based on the last 2 years) 😀 I wish you an amazing stay and I'll have my fingers crossed for snowy winter ☃️
Fuerteventura is my favourite place on Earth. It’s where I intend to retire by the end of this year. Peaceful with perfect weather all year round. You are btw, a gorgeous young lady. I thought you were a model. Love your informative videos.
Yes, I totally agree - Fuerteventura is very unique and beautiful! With its sunny weather, Fuerteventura (as well as other Canary Islands I think), is an ideal place to retire 🌞 There is nothing more you could ask for! Thank you for your kind words. I wish you all the best, and many beautiful sunny days in Fuerteventura! 🌞
@@iameeviee You're just being modest! I've been to all of the places you recommended except Playa de la Pared and you're definitely the most beautiful sight on Fuerteventura 🥰💗 Also, I sadly never got to the top of Calderon Hondo since it was extremely* windy and I couldn't risk that last very steep part.. Otherwise it's easy but still bummed I didn't see it 😥
Loved the video, we went to fuertadventura last year but stayed in the complex, I went to Lanzarote at Christmas and explored and the landscapes are pretty much identical.
Hi! Thank you so much, that's so nice to hear! 😀 To my mind, Fuerteventura is very sandy and it's color palette is more like yellow and golden ⛱️ it's like a huge beach! On the other hand, Lanzarote is quite rocky, and it's color palette is more dark I think - black, brown, more green definitely! 🌴 And it's like a landscape from Mars or the Moon haha! I loved each of them but for me, they are quite different! I think it depends on what I explored there! 😀
Thank you! That's so nice to hear! 😀 I hope you're having an amazing time and beautiful weather in Fuerteventura 🌞 There are many wonderful places to see there and I hope you enjoy them as much as we did! 🌴
Wonderful guide, great schedule for a week 👍. A week is better than nothing, but we always recommend 2 weeks, as you noticed yourself, you haven't seen everything (e.g. Morro Jable or El Cotillo are also very beautiful). We would like to add: In winter it feels like summer ☀, but don’t forget a jacket and pullover, in the mountains or in the evening it can be cold anywhere. The sea in the west is dangerous, there are some beaches where swimming is not recommended. Be careful. It's very relaxed on the beaches in Fuerteventura, bikinitops are optional (as always in Spain / Europe) and on some beaches almost no one wears one (on our first visit to the beach in Fuertaventura, Playa del Castillo in Caleta de Fuste, my boyfriend was kidding 🤣🙈 that 👙tops apparently aren't allowed here).
Thank you very much! That's so nice to hear 🥰 Yes, I totally agree - a week is better than nothing, but for sure, we will be back on Fuerteventura to see the rest. The island is quite big, and the distances between the points of interest are long, and for that reason, it was hard to catch everything that we've planned 😔 Morro Jable, El Cotillo, and Betancuria are a must-see locations for us when we'll be there next time! 😀 Yes, we were in December and I didn't even wear long trousers, it was like the middle of the summer! Even though a long sleeve for the evening was necessary 🌃 Just for the reference, we were in Gran Canaria in May/June, and I had to wear long trousers even in the south of the Island where it should be super hot haha 🌞 I agree, the ocean in the west is dangerous, and there were several accidents for example in Playa de Cofete - we went to Cofete just to see the picturesque landscape, and nothing more, but we saw how huge the waves are and how ocean can be wild 🌊 you need to be very careful if you decide to swim there When it comes to bikinitops - haha yes, that's very true! 😀 I think native Spanish people - they are just used to it (in comparison to us) 😀 Thank you for your tips and some important information! I wish you plenty of beautiful and sunny trips! 🌞 Best wishes, Evie
Guys, you’re so cute and positive 🫶. Thanks for this video. I'm going to Fuerteventura this spring. Could you give some information about renting a car (price, company, etc)?
Hi! Thank you! ❤️ That's so nice to hear! ☺️ When it comes to renting a car: I recommend Autoreisen (it's a little bit cheaper than Cicar, which is the most known). We rented a car from Autoreisen about 6 times already and we had no problem at all - without deposit, easy and fast pick-up and the return of the car lasts about 1 minute. They just ask whether the amount of fuel is the same as during the pick-up. We always choose the option "super insurance comfort plus", which costs 2€ per day and that's why everything is so simple ☺️ We paid about 130€ for 7 days in December with full insurance. I wish you an amazing trip to Fuerteventura! Hope that you'll have a great time and beautiful weather 🌞
Nice video 👍. Fuerteventura is always worth a visit 🏖🏜⛱☀👙🩲🩳. At this time it's like summer in winter. But especially in winter it's always hard to get home ☃❄🧣 after the holidays.
Yes, I totally agree! In December, in Poland we had streets full of snow, and after 5 hours of flight, we found ourselves in in summer paradise called Fuerteventura 🌴 It's always a pity to go home, but Fuerteventura is a perfect destination - no matter the time of the year 😃
Fuerteventura in winter doesn't seem like winter at all! 🌴Which place caught your eye the most? 😊(Btw: how many times did I say "amazing" in this video? 🤪)
Hi there! 😊 That sounds amazing! Poland is really beautiful, especially the southern part (for me, but I may be biased since I'm from this region too 😃) so you won't be disappointed if you decide to visit Poland! I hope that someday you will make this trip and return to your roots at least for a while 😃 (if you need any help in the future with planning a trip to Poland, don't hesitate to let me know, I'll be happy to help! 😃👍🏻) Safe travels! ✈️
What's your favorite thing to do in the city during winter? 😊Share your go-to activities, whether it's exploring markets, enjoying winter walks, or indulging in cozy cafés? ❄I think mine is ice skating! ⛸

Yes, the beginning of December was very snowy this year and it was beautiful! Unfortunately, it didn't last more than 2 weeks :( But the Christmas market itself was still beautiful, even without the snowy vibe around ❄️
@@martyn-hayes As far as Krakow is my city - I cannot disagree :D it is really beautiful, indeed! Thanks for letting me know! I'll check out your trip to Zakopane! 🏔
