Hello great video po! A few questions po. 1)First 11/2 hours ano po cooking temp? 2) what is the cooking temp until internal temp 160f? 3)what is the cooking temp upon wrapping to reach 198f internal? Thank you

225-250 po kapag bare pa. Kapag wrapped na po 250-275f. Usually po nagwrawrap kapag na-hit na ang stall yung di na po umaangat temp ng karne. Pwede din ilaban po ng naka-bare pero nasa nagsasalang na po yun.

Yes sir usual practice po na kapag wrapped na, you can ramp up temp 250-275f

Ako personally ang tagal ko din ginamit yung manga pero kasi yung manga namin 3yrs ng patay bago natumba nung nag odette kaya cured na talaga. Ok naman kinakalabasan ng product. Pero ngayon d ko na ginagamit kasi nakahanap na ko supplier ng santol at ipil ipil. Sir alfred kelan ulit next meat up natin this year? para maka pa book na ko ulit maka balik Manila. Nakaka excite maka sama ulit kayo mga ka PCP!
