Great video👊 I have been saying every year for 67 years I need to go get just one🥲 observation my 20g overunder I would be under gunned, my dogs feet would be cut up and there are some big ridges there😂 maybe just maybe I make that drive from AZ.
Not sure if you will see this in time, but my dad is hooked on your vest in this video and am hoping to get it for fathers day. Do you have the name of the vest?
The vest in this video is made by chief upland. I personally do not recommend it, it’s very hot with no air flow on my back. If I was you I would look at either Final Rise or Pyke Gear. Hope that helps!
The old lady called you out on missing that bird 3x that flew at you. It's all about timing the tortoise wins the race... slow down, keep your head on the stock, and trakn!
Nice video man and looks like a great hunt. Just a heads up I’m pretty sure there is a 3 shell limit in Oregon and the bag limit is 8. Not sure if you didn’t check the regs or are being a bit deceitful 😉
Heard you say a couple of times trying to get above them. I instinctually do this all the time too... but when you think about it it's a bad plan once it comes to shooting the birds as it puts everything in the birds favor. I think next season I'm going to just repeat to myself in the morning "approach from below" and try to drill the idea into my head. Great vid hope to get up that way more again next season.
I can appreciate the honest shot cams. It’s a testament to how those dang birds are hard to hit. Great video my friend 👊🏼 Itching to get back out there with you guys
" A few long shots, and nothing to show for it, but a story to tell." I like it! We can all relate to that! Great video! That's some spectacular country! I love it! Well done!
Got a 15 year old 2 month gsp from crystals kennels josh daughter would of smoked them all in her day .one hell of a bird finding machine .still got her wits at this age .half sister is gonna be 17 in June .Great breeding lines . no heath issues her whole life amazing .still a tough girl to follow.love the birds .
Good stuff. Glad no sling on the SG. Sling is for deer hunting. Gun in hand, always ready for a shot. The lack of blaze orange is distressing though, one for safety with other guys and probably most important, for rescue purposes. It stands out a long ways. Birds see color, all colors, so even muted brown, green and tan are easily seen by them . Your movement gives you away anyway. Have fun, be safe.
Heck yea man thanks for watching, no sling here. It’s actually very common not to wear orange here. It’s not required and i very rarely see another hunter and never close enough for shooting distance
nice vid. thx for putting that one up- often the long miles in not great conditions in new areas but still having a few birds... are the most memorable!
I didn't know drinking and driving was legal in Nevada. Be careful out there.😂 The wardens might be looking for you next year if they watch this video?😮
Is it legal in Nevada to hunt with the plug removed to hold five shotgun shells? Looked like a fun day of Chucker hunting with good bird dogs you hunted with. I've always hunted with the GSP and EP which are my favorites.
That’s actually a browning B80. If you search for parts on line there’s gays that make stalks for them. I’m sure there’s guys that make them for the A5 too.
Thanks man, I actually built it. Fully insulated, wrapped in aluminum. I ran power to it that plugs in to 110v plug in the bed. 1 exterior light for loading dogs/cleaning birds, one light in each box, and plug ins and charging station for collars.
Much respect for not hot spotting some of the great basins finest fisheries. Your videos are top notch and you’ve got a great partner to share good times with.
